4. “Partner Stores” refers to local pharmacies, grocery stores, and other vendors registered with AGRB.

II. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility: You are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration or order placement must be accurate and up to date.
3. Prohibited Use: You will not misuse our services, including engaging in fraudulent activities, attempting to disrupt service functionality, or violating applicable laws.
4. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

III. Services Provided

1. Order Placement: AGRB facilitates order placement between customers and Partner Stores.
2. Delivery Services: Delivery is executed by authorized personnel within designated district zones. Delivery times range from 3-10 minutes based on the location.
3. Charges: AGRB will charge Partner Stores 10-15% of the bill and customers a delivery fee of 10-17 SAR, depending on order size and location.

IV. Payments and Refunds

1. Payment Methods: All payments must be made through approved methods, including in-app payment gateways or cash on delivery.
2. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be processed for legitimate claims, such as order inaccuracies or service failures, after verification by AGRB.

V. Limitation of Liability

1. AGRB acts as a facilitator between customers and Partner Stores and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of goods or services offered by the stores.
2. AGRB is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic, or force majeure events.

VI. Cancellation and Modifications

1. Order Cancellation: Orders may only be canceled within the time frame specified in the App. Cancellation fees may apply.
2. Modification Requests: Any modifications to an order after placement are subject to Partner Store policies and AGRB’s discretion.

VII. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the App and website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of AGRB or its licensors.
2. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute AGRB’s content without prior written consent.

VIII. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

IX. Termination of Service

AGRB reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App or services if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or inappropriate conduct.

X. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Riyadh, KSA.
